1. What BRCKS.BUILD does
BRCKS.BUILD helps you identify building materials and compare prices across UK merchants. You can either buy directly from a merchant via the links we show, or order through BRCKS — in which case BRCKS IO LTD acts as principal, sourcing the materials and arranging delivery to your site.
2. Pricing
Prices shown are indicative list prices including VAT, gathered from merchant data and checked live. They are an estimate, not a quote. The exact product, specification and final price are confirmed before any payment is taken. We show an all-in price (goods + estimated delivery) with no hidden markup added at checkout.
3. Orders through BRCKS
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm each order by email and verify the exact item and price before charging. We may decline or cancel an order (e.g. a product is unavailable or mispriced) and will refund anything paid. Where a specified product is unavailable we will confirm any alternative with you before proceeding — we do not substitute without your agreement.
4. Delivery
Delivery dates and windows are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk passes on delivery to your nominated site address.
5. Specification & safety-critical items
You are responsible for confirming the grade, specification and any fire-rating or certification of materials before ordering, particularly for structural, electrical, cladding and fire-rated products. AI identification is an aid, not professional advice.
6. Returns & warranty
Returns, guarantees and product warranties are provided by the supplying merchant or manufacturer. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
7. Payment & subscriptions
Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your full card details. Pro and Team subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
